if not --playlist=xxx.m3u, mpv mess the item order, become naughty after upgrade

it did not do that before 0.37, now it reorder the m3u list if not open with --playlist

the script did not help, how to auto load a m3u file with --playlist, hack desktop or bash wraper is not ideal solution.
