Flutter and Dart testing issues

I use Flutter and Dart to build and test apps and I find myself having to restart VSC to get it to recognize and run Dart tests.

Some times “run” and “debug” buttons don’t do anything. Some times the testing tab gets stuck (not frozen, won’t take input) and won’t run tests until VSC restarts.

The layout is also confusing... There are “testing” tab on the left, “test results” pane, and “debug console”.

This is on the Dart/Flutter extension

There's been some discussion about making results fully usable in the TEst Explorer but nothing actionable yet
