Hello! I've got a question about defTool: Is it possible to declare a tool in one file, and have the system automatically find and use it in a different script? The objective would be to have multiple scripts that may interact with the same data source without having to redeclare it in each script. Is it possible?

The typical way we define shared tools is to put them in a system script (https://microsoft.github.io/genaiscript/reference/scripts/system/) so that the system scripts, or tools can be included in your main script.

Another way would be to import a javascript function that call defTool and declare the tools dynamically.

Out of curiosity, is the system. prefix in the filename system.random.genai.mjs meaningful?

There is a heuristic that any file starting with 'system' is a system script... but really it's about the "system(...)" call.

Also in order to statically extract tool information, make sure the defTool title and description are literals.
