App Freezes During Interface Usage and Message Retrieval

The app exhibits consistent freezing behavior during normal operation. As shown in the second and third screenshots, the app appears to hang while attempting to retrieve messages or update content. The interface becomes unresponsive, preventing users from interacting with features or continuing their workflow.

Steps to Reproduce:

Use the app to retrieve or interact with multiple messages.
Perform actions such as navigating to different tabs or windows.
Notice that the interface freezes and fails to respond, as displayed in the attached screenshots.
Expected Behavior: The app should maintain responsiveness during message retrieval or other interactions, seamlessly updating content without freezing.

Actual Behavior: The app freezes, and users cannot interact with the interface. Tasks such as viewing messages or switching views are not possible until the app recovers.

Impact:
This freezing issue disrupts productivity, especially during critical tasks that require real-time access to app functions and data.
