This scenario test was disabled in dotnet/sdk#42969. See dotnet/sdk#42969 (comment)

We should reenable this test once the .NET 10 transition is finished.

This is still an issue and hasn't been resolved by the current state of the main branch. See dotnet/sdk#46055 (comment)
