First run of the day takes a very long time #190

I am running your action to copy files onto my server.
It's working beautifully!

But I'm noticing a pattern that I'd like to improve:
The first successful run each day takes a long time, and subsequent runs happen very quickly.

For example, the first run of the day took 45 seconds:

And the next one ran for just 6 seconds:

In both runs, I was uploading just two files.

How can I make the first run happen as fast as subsequent runs?
