You mean, you do not want to keep a backup directory after the AMS upgrade ?

If yes, then you should make some changes in the installation script.

If you are using this script (install_ant-media-server.sh). After the upgrade completion, you can remove the backup directory by customizing the script code.

• Test this on local environment first.
