ClickHouse PVC Full breaks Signoz data ingestion #6827

Signoz has been deployed on Kubernetes:

Helm chart: signoz-0.66.0
App: 0.68.0

There was 20GB PVC created.

After PVC was full, Signoz stopped ingest any further data.

My expectation would be that:

data is rolled over.
new PVC is created.
new ClickHouse shard is created.

None of above happened, what should be possible course of action in such scenario?
