New react-router-dom framework page

Summary

There isn't a custom-built page for users on react-router-dom. They'll usually be using another framework that can control $pageview events but there's the odd company using standalone react-router-dom and there's no good documentation around it besides https://posthog.com/tutorials/react-analytics. That's good documentation, but it's not in the same place as all the other frameworks. Let's create a dedicated page.
