What's the value of ForceXXXX methods in IInstantJobRegistry?

While working on #153, I haven't been able to figure the use cases of the ForceXXX members of this interface.

They're not even mentioned in https://docs.ncronjob.dev/features/instant-jobs/

0a895e3 comes with a pretty strange message "added ForceRunInstantJob to avoid breaking changes.".

@linkdotnet When would it make sense for a user to leverage those?

All instant jobs are bound by the same rules as CRON jobs. So if you only allow one instance at a time and there is a job of type A running, triggering another (instant) job of type A will not immediately execute that job.

That can be a problem if you want to have priority. That is why we added the ForceRun version. That bypasses the whole scheduler.
