Means to link directly to chat profile

Currently there appears to be no way to link directly to a chat profile. For example:

myprofile1.myservice.mycompany --> Profile1
myprofile2.myservice.mycompany --> Profile2

It is possible to get close using headers['host'] in the initial authentication, however this doesn't work once authentication is complete, as this isn't called again. None of the @cl... methods are called on page refresh, or hitting the link a second time, and the session remains stuck on whichever chat profile was hit first.

A way to link directly via host URL or header (ideally configurable to either) would be ideal.
